Wellbeing Yoga 12:10-12:55pm
Simple moving and breathing exercises, with a particular focus on movement that counteracts some of the pain and stiffness that can be caused by too much sedentary office (or home!) working.

Wind-down Yoga 4-5pm
For PGR and PGT students, an afternoon wind-down yoga, suitable for the beginner to the experienced yogstudent. Contact me for joining details.
