Sports Yoga 8-8:45am

In-person class free to any UoB Sports Team members, weekly during term time in the Dojo. ​

Wellbeing Yoga 12:10-12:55pm

Simple moving and breathing exercises, with a particular focus on movement that  counteracts some of the pain and stiffness that can be caused by too much sedentary office (or home!) working.
